E. BEGUM SAVÇIN
The artist graduated from Isatanbul Avni Akyol Anatolian Fine Arts High School Music Department in 1995 and started to study at Mimar Sinan University Fine Arts Faculty Painting Department in the same year. After graduating in 2000, he continued his academic studies as a Research Assistant at Kocaeli University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Painting Department. He completed his Master's Degree in Plastic Arts with the thesis title of 'Composition in Painting' under the supervision of Prof. Nuri Temizsoylu in 2005, and his Proficiency in Cinema Art in 2020 with the thesis named 'Exchange Films after 2000 as Prosthetic Memory in the context of the Dream Journey Film' and the short film 'Dream Journey' under the thesis of Prof. Dr. Selahattin Yıldız. The artist, who received the title of Associate Professor in 2022, still works as a Research Assistant (Associate Professor) at Kocaeli University Faculty of Architecture and Design.
