He graduated from Dokuz Eylul University Jewelry and Jewelry Design Program in 2003 with an associate degree, and in 2006 he graduated from Mersin University Jewelry Technology and Design School, Gemology Department with a bachelor's degree. He completed his master's degree in Dokuz Eylul University, Natural Building Stones and Gemstones Department in 2012, and then his doctoral thesis in Kütahya Dumlupınar University, Geological Engineering Mineralogy-Petrography Department in 2021. He worked as a Lecturer at Istanbul Haliç University Jewelry and Jewelry Design Program in 2015 and as a Research Assistant at Marmara University Jewelry and Jewelry Design Department between 2016-2020. He is still working as a lecturer at Niğde Ömer Halisdemir University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Textile and Fashion Design. He has given associate and undergraduate courses on the fields of jewellery, jewelery and fashion accessories design, gemstones, miniatures, and the history of art and fashion.
